While Central Zone is typically covered by IWK, Adolescent Outreach Services Community Outreach Workers are present in the West Hants area schools. 

Youth can self-refer by drop-in at the allocated schools where the Adolescent Outreach Services is offered. School Administration, teachers, guidance, support staff, caregivers, friends, and healthcare professionals can also refer youth to worker.
