Kids Help Phone

Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7 e-mental health service offering free, confidential support to young people in English and French. Services include mental health tips and info, crisis support, professional counselling, quizzes, games and activities, support forums and real-life stories, youth mental health data insights, and a support service directory.

Group specific services include:

Black youth across Canada can access free wellness support 24/7 by texting RISE to 686868.

Indigenous people can connect with an indigenous volunteer crisis responder, when available, by messaging FIRST NATIONS, INUIT or METIS 686868 for young people and 741741 for adults.

Good2Talk is a free, confidential service providing professional counselling, crisis support and information and referrals to post-secondary students in Nova Scotia.
