Retrait par rapport aux amis et aux activités
Même les plus sociables et les plus extravertis d'entre nous ont parfois besoin de temps seuls pour se ressourcer. Et pour certains d'entre nous, il est tout à fait normal de préférer être seuls que dans des situations sociales. Si vous êtes l'une de ces personnes, ne supposez pas (ou ne laissez pas d'autres personnes vous convaincre) que vous avez un problème.
Certaines personnes peuvent avoir un fort désir de se retirer de la société, de rester chez elles et de s'isoler du monde qui les entoure. Pour elles, il est insupportable d'être dans des situations sociales et leur vie en souffre. Vous pouvez commencer à vous poser des questions si, soudainement et contrairement à vos habitudes, les situations sociales vous déplaisent ou vous aimeriez être plus à l'aise socialement. Le retrait social peut être le symptôme d'un problème plus grave.
Pour se pencher sur le retrait social, il faut généralement découvrir les sentiments que vous éprouvez et qui sont à l'origine du problème. Et, il est préférable de le faire avec l'aide d'un professionnel. Parlez à votre médecin si votre retrait social vous préoccupe ou affecte le bon déroulement de votre vie quotidienne. La thérapie et les médicaments peuvent être très utiles pour certaines personnes.
