  • Call the Mental Health and Addictions Intake Service at 1-855-922-1122.
  • Drop in to the Recovery Support Centre in North Sydney during working hours. 
    • The North Sydney Recovery Support Centre is open seven days a week (including holidays).
      • Group education is offered twice a day, seven days a week at this location (afternoon and evening)

Youth can self-refer by drop-in at the allocated schools where the Adolescent Outreach Services is offered. School Administration, teachers, guidance, support staff, caregivers, friends, and healthcare professionals can also refer youth to worker.
